About the Role We're seeking a Sustainability & Hygiene Manager to spearhead the growth of our consumables division. This is a client-facing, field-based role focused on expanding our footprint across Ireland by delivering tailored hygiene and sustainability solutions to a diverse range of clients. This role is ideal for someone with 2-3 years of field sales experience in the hygiene, cleaning, or consumables industry, who is ready to transition into a more senior, strategic position. Key Responsibilities
- Drive product sales and exceed revenue targets through proactive client engagement.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities across multiple sectors.
- Grow existing accounts by understanding client needs and offering bespoke solutions.
- Become a subject matter expert on our hygiene and sustainability product portfolio.
- Deliver engaging product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients.
- Align product offerings with client goals, operational needs, and budget constraints.
- Build strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders including procurement teams, facility managers, and business owners.
- Provide ongoing support and consultation to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies.
- Target high-potential sectors within the facilities management and B2B space.
- Work closely with procurement, operations, and marketing teams to align on goals.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline updates, and client feedback. What We're Looking For
- 2-3 years of field sales experience, ideally in hygiene, cleaning, or consumables.
- Proven ability to build relationships and close deals in a B2B environment.
- Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
- A self-starter with a results-driven mindset and a passion for growth.
- Experience using CRM systems to manage sales pipelines.
