Breakfast Manager We are currently recruiting for Breakfast Manager for our client, they are seeking a dynamic & self-motivated manager with exceptional experience of directing the team to provide exceptional service with the personal touch.

The Manager will be responsible for the overseeing service.

The successful candidate will have experience in implementing SOPs, dealing with guest queries and be very customer focused.

The Candidate : Previous experience in hotels To oversee the day to day running of the brealfast and lunch service.

Knowledge of Standards of Service Previous experience with KPIs, budgets, stock control Strong leadership skills to effectively manage and motivate the team to achieve a high level of performance Excellent customer service skills BURAMB22 INDCAT2 Skills : management operations breakfast service hotels
