Senior Bid Coordinator Dublin West | Permanent - Full Time | Onsite A highly regarded construction and engineering company is seeking an experienced Senior Bid Coordinator to join their team in Dublin. The successful candidate will support major pre-qualification and tender submissions across commercial, residential, healthcare, and public sector developments within the Ireland East region. Youll play a key role in the delivery of high-quality, client-focused proposals, working collaboratively with technical teams and senior stakeholders to secure new business and showcase the organisations capabilities. Whats on Offer : Competitive salary commensurate with experience 26+ days annual leave Excellent company benefits Supportive working environment with scope for progression Key Responsibilities : Lead the coordination and development of tender and pre-qualification documentation Manage the bid / no-bid process in line with internal governance protocols Draft compelling content tailored to each opportunity, including case studies, CVs, and technical narratives Liaise with senior internal stakeholders and subject matter experts to gather information and articulate the businesss strengths Maintain and enhance the bid library, supporting consistency and best practice across submissions Handle portal submissions, clarification queries, and post-submission follow-up Experience and Skills Required : Minimum 5 years experience in a similar bid or proposals role within construction, engineering, or a related industry Strong command of Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint) Working knowledge of Adobe InDesign and Creative Cloud is an advantage Excellent written communication skills with strong attention to detail Well-organised, able to manage multiple deadlines and prioritise effectively Comfortable working independently and collaboratively across departments Qualifications : A relevant third-level qualification in one of the following (or related) fields is preferred : Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering Business, Marketing, Communications, or Technical Writing Graphic Design or Visual Communications (especially useful for design-led bids) If you are interested in this position, apply now!
