  • We are seeking a passionate, strategic, and results-driven

  • to lead and shape the communications agenda in the division.

This is a pivotal role at the heart of a dynamic, international business undergoing transformational change.The successful candidate will play a key role in developing and delivering integrated communication strategies that engage internal and external stakeholders, drive alignment, and build understanding around our vision, capabilities, and operations.This individual must be an exceptional storyteller and relationship builder, equally confident writing compelling content, navigating complex stakeholder environments, and managing change.

You'll collaborate with colleagues across HR, Operations, Investor Relations, and Marketing to ensure clear, consistent, and inspiring messaging.We're looking for someone who thrives on variety, understands the power of communications to influence and connect, and wants to grow in a fast-paced, ambitious organisation.

A background in corporate communications, journalism, internal comms, or change management would be a strong fit.

  • Key Outcomes
  • Lead Communications Strategy
  • : Develop and execute an integrated communications strategy for the division, aligned with overall business priorities and brand messaging.
  • Drive Change Communications
  • : Lead the communication strategy for our division, working closely with HR and Operations to support change management, colleague engagement, and stakeholder alignment.
  • Build Stakeholder Engagement
  • : Collaborate with internal stakeholders across the division, and the wider business (e.g., Finance, HR, Marketing, Investor Relations) to ensure transparent, timely, and consistent communication.
  • Content Development
  • : Create and commission high-quality written and visual content—internal communications, newsletters, articles, social media updates, presentations, and external-facing materials—that drive clarity and connection.
  • Internal Communications
  • : Work with HR teams to inform, inspire, and engage employees across geographies through compelling internal communication channels (e.g. intranet, internal newsletters, events).
  • Own the Internal Communications App
  • : Run and continuously improve the division's internal mobile app as a key communications platform—curating content, optimising user engagement, and ensuring timely updates across teams.
  • External Communications
  • : Manage external comms for the division in partnership with the Corporate Communications and Investor Relations teams; support visibility of the Supply Chain business in external channels.
  • Social & Digital Channels
  • : Oversee divisional content calendars and social media activity, ensuring alignment with brand and tone; collaborate with divisional Marketing Directors and group-wide marcomms professionals.
  • Measurement & Reporting
  • : Use analytics to track campaign performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and refine communications approach over time.
  • Brand Consistency
  • : Ensure all communications reflect our tone of voice, values, and visual identity.
  • Key Skills & Experiences
  • 3–5 years' experience in communications, journalism, public relations, or a related field, ideally in a complex, fast-moving business environment.
  • Proven experience developing and delivering communications strategies, ideally including experience with change management or transformation projects.
  • Experience running or contributing to digital communication platforms such as internal mobile apps, intranet systems, or employee engagement tools.
  • Outstanding writing, editing, and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate complex information into clear, engaging content.
  • Confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to influence and collaborate with senior stakeholders.
  • Strong project management capabilities : able to balance multiple priorities and deliver to tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with social media, CMS platforms, digital communication tools, and performance analytics.
  • A self-starter with initiative, curiosity, and energy—a team player who thrives on making things happen.
  • Degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related discipline.
