Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Production Specialist located in Rathnew.

The Production Specialist will be responsible for managing day-to-day production activities including production planning, quality control, overseeing production processes, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.

In addition, the role involves training new staff and coordinating with team members to achieve production targets.

Responsibilities

Qualifications

Production Planning and Production Management skills

Quality Control and adherence to safety standards

Effective Communication and teamwork skills

Experience in Training and developing new staff

Strong problem-solving and organizational skills

Ability to work independently and within a team

Experience in the beverage industry is a plus
