Warehouse Supervisor South Dublin €34-36k plus benefits (Role requires working every 3rd Saturday morning) This well-known and well-respected Interiors Company have recently undergone internal growth & promotion and are now looking for a highly organised and motivated Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily operations in their warehouse facility. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising some warehouse staff, ensuring efficient goods in / out management, maintaining safety standards, and optimising warehouse procedures to enhance productivity and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities : Supervise daily warehouse operations including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping of goods. Lead and support warehouse team members to ensure performance and productivity targets are met. Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular stock counts to ensure accuracy. Maintain a safe, clean, and organised warehouse environment in compliance with company policies and safety regulations. Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and customer service departments to ensure timely fulfilment of orders. Implement and improve warehouse processes and procedures to increase efficiency. It is essential that you have previously worked in a Warehouse, with some supervisory experience, with strong knowledge of stock control and warehouse procedures. You must have a valid drivers licence, along with a current fork-lift licence and manual handling cert. This is an amazing opportunity to work in a wonderful company with a fantastic team around you!
