Job descriptionKey Responsibilities of the role : Define and communicate the product vision to guide development efforts. Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, from roadmap creation to post-release feedback. Collaborate with the team to build and manage the product backlog and roadmap. Prioritize features and user stories to align with business value and user needs. Ensure user stories are well-defined with clear acceptance criteria and supporting documentation. Engage with users to gather insights and ensure product capabilities deliver measurable value. YOUR PROFILE 5+ years as a Product Owner in the P&C insurance industry, with strong domain expertise and a proven track record of delivering products on time. Solid technical product knowledge, with experience or interest in Gen AI technologies. Deep understanding of Agile methodologies, with the ability to manage backlogs, prioritize features, and drive value-focused delivery. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills, with a creative and innovative mindset.
