Financial Reporting Coordinator

FINANCIAL REPORTING COORDINATOR | SWORDS | MAT LEAVE CONTRACT | Our client, located in Swords is searching for a Financial Reporting Coordinator to join their team on a Maternity Leave Contract up until May 2027.

Please note that this role is office based Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm with the option to have a hybrid working schedule once established in the role.

The office is located near bus networks and also has on site parking provided.

ON OFFER | Base salary of €45k - €50k Pension Health Insurance Free Parking Hybrid working environment Well Being Allowance Learning and development opportunities THE ROLE | Working alongside the Financial Reporting team assisting with financial reporting.

RESPONSIBILITIES | Process month end accruals in line with processes and policies in place Balance Sheet review coordination Preparation of Budgets, Forecasts and Monthly Forecasts Monitoring and analysis of results and key figures, creating comparisons for year on year figures Prepare detailed reports including Power BI and Sustainability reporting Manage and monitor the ongoing and future financial performance of the business to ensure management can optimise decision making Assist with Accounts Payable queries Assist with Internal and external audits liaising with stakeholders and customers REQUIREMENTS | 2 years' experience in Financial Reporting Excellent communication skills at all levels across the business and with external stakeholders Excel advanced essential - ability to complete Excel test as part of the interview process Commercial & financial experience Financial Auditing experience SAP knowledge is an advantage Power BI experience WHAT'S NEXT?
