Accommodation Assistant

Are you an experienced cleaner with a great attitude hoping to further your career in hospitality or are you seeking to start a rewarding career with a great employer? If so, then we want to hear from you! The hours of work for this role are generally : 0930 to 1530. This role will cover both midweek and weekend days up to 5 days per week. At this time we are also able to consider students who would be available to work both Saturday and Sunday 0930 to 1530. What are we looking for? Excellent presentation, Exceptional Customer service and communication skills, Positive Attitude Good command of the English Language Experience in a cleaning role would be a distinct advantage. Main Responsibilities : To ensure that all service provided by you is in accordance with your department procedures To ensure that a high standard of cleanliness is maintained in bedrooms and bathrooms and areas of work throughout the hotel, including corridors, fire exits / stores. To report all maintenance faults to the Accommodation Management Team To have a full knowledge of all Accommodation services and a general knowledge of all hotel facilities and opening hours To ensure that a high standard of cleanliness is maintained in your area of work. To have a full knowledge of all products in the department and a general knowledge of all hotel facilities and opening hours.
