Job description

Are you a detail-oriented and adaptable project planner / manager with experience in the pharmaceutical industry? We are looking for a Project Manager Analytical Strategy Planner to join our client's Analytical Strategy & Lifecycle (ASL) team as a contractor on an initial 12 month contract. In this role, you will drive analytical project planning, oversee execution of critical deliverables, and support commercialization projects across a diverse biologics portfolio. This is a fantastic opportunity to apply your expertise in project management, analytical sciences, and CMC within a dynamic, cross-functional environment. Key responsibilities :

  • Develop and manage integrated project plans, timelines, and capacity models across multiple brands.
  • Track milestones, ensure analytical CMC deliverables are met, and maintain alignment with global project timelines.
  • Monitor risks by maintaining the operational risk register and preparing contingency plans.
  • Lead book-of-work planning in collaboration with Analytical Product Leads and SMEs.
  • Coordinate financial and FTE resource forecasting for current and future analytical activities.
  • Communicate project progress through executive-level status reports and dashboards.
  • Drive process improvements and harmonized ways of working across brands.
  • Manage day-to-day operational activities including quality metrics, repository platforms, and team reporting. Requirements
  • Bachelors degree in a scientific discipline; advanced degree desirable.
  • 4+ years experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with at least 3 years in project planning / management in a GMP manufacturing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, including risk, resource, and issue management.
  • Familiarity with analytical methods for biologics (e.g., iCIEF, HPLC, CE, Bioassay, ELISA, LC-MS).
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills with proven ability to manage multiple priorities.
