Office Administrator (Maternity Leave Cover) We are hiring an office administrator, with accounts experience, on a short-term basis (October June) to cover Maternity Leave. Flexible hours are available to suit the right candidate. Minimum 30 hours per week. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to : Purchase Ledger Matching supplier invoices with delivery dockets. Preparing Supplier payments Sales Ledger Customer invoicing Bank reconciliation Fleet invoicing Other duties Weekly Wages Taking customer queries over the phone and by email Supporting management in ad-hoc duties. Sage and Collsoft knowledge is desirable but not necessary as full training will be provided.
