Our client, a leading organisation in the energy sector, is seeking a strategic and customer-focused Products and Propositions Manager to lead a team and drive the development and delivery.

This senior role offers the opportunity to shape product strategy and improve customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Lead a team of product and proposition managers

Define and manage product strategy and lifecycle.

Ensure go-to-market success across energy offerings.

Embed customer insights and digital innovation into all propositions.

Collaborate across marketing, sales, operations, and third-party partners.

What You Bring

7–10 years' product experience in energy / utilities or similar B2C sector.

Strong track record in product leadership and delivery.

Excellent stakeholder management and commercial acumen.

Relevant third-level qualification or equivalent experience.
