Site Foreman

Inform3 are recruiting for a busy Limerick-based contractor who provide a wide range of construction solutions that cater for home, business, public service and industrial needs.

Would work on projects valued at €300k-€3m.

They require a Site Foreman to look after 1-3 small-scale projects in the area.

This role would be a good fit for someone with experience in programming.

€70,000 - €75,000 & Travel package

The Role

Programming and scheduling

Reporting to the Managing Director

Responsible for day to day running of the site

Coordinating and supervising all site staff and sub-contractors

Carrying out weekly site meetings

Ensuring Projects are kept to projected and budgeted costings

Ensuring all safety systems are in place and abided by to ensure accident prevention

Job Requirements

5+ years' experience as a Site Foreman in main contracting

Trades background an advantage

Knowledge of latest building regulation and certification standards.

The Ability to lead, use initiative and be self-motivated.

Ability to work to targets and deadlines.
