As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for managing the commercial aspects of projects at all stages, from inception to completion.

Reporting directly to senior leadership, this role offers the chance to significantly impact project success and contribute to the continued growth of the business.

Key Responsibilities : Prepare detailed cost plans and budget estimates Lead value engineering exercises, identifying potential risks and opportunities Develop accurate Bills of Quantities and tender documentation Evaluate contractor tenders and ensure alignment with project goals Assess interim valuations and manage variation negotiations Provide accurate cost reporting and assist in settling final accounts Maintain clear communication with clients, contractors, and stakeholders Experience & Skills Desired : Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Economics, or a related Professional membership with SCSI or RICS is desired Ideally over 7 years' post-qualification experience in a consultancy environment Proven ability to deliver high-quality work independently and as part of a team Excellent communication and report-writing skills Strong understanding of contract documentation, valuations, and claims Must have legal eligibility to work in Ireland On Offer : Competitive salary package.
