As part of the Retail Property Team, you will manage and deliver a varied portfolio of construction and compliance projects across Musgraves national estate. Projects span: Primarily brownfield developments | Retrofit shell and core and refurbishment works |Compliance and statutory upgrades. Strategic infrastructure enhancements |This is a hands-on role requiring strong technical capability, excellent stakeholder management, and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset. Key Responsibilities: As Project Manager, you will assume responsibility for various projects across our retail estate. Assist and manage construction projects of varying scale Assist and manage project delivery, including due diligence, planning, design development, procurement, construction, and handover Assist with coordination with external third party authorities, consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders Ensure all projects meet relevant building regulations, safety, and fire regulations requirements Manage budgets, timelines, and contractor performance Maintain accurate project documentation and maintain record-keeping The successful candidate will have/be: Proven experience (5-10yrs) in construction project management within retail, commercial, or mixed-use environments Knowledge of Irish building and fire regulations, and planning processes Strong project management skills including budgeting, scheduling, and contractor management Excellent communication and leadership abilities Proficiency in project management tools and software Based in Ireland and legally permitted to live and work in Ireland Full, clean driving licence and willingness to travel within Ireland Degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field Professional accreditation will be beneficial Remuneration Annual Base Salary: 70-80K Bonus: 10% discretionar Contract: Permanent Pension Defined Contribution Pension Plan Contribution levels employee decides at time of joining the pension plan after 6 months service -3% employee, 6% employer -4% employee, 8% employer -5% employee, 10% employer Life assurance 3 times annual base salary from start date Annual leave: 23 days plus 10 statutory public holidays Discount Scheme with Musgrave MarketPlace and Supervalu Insurance (Home, Pet, Car and Travel) Home Office Furniture (Desk, Chair, Footrest) 24/7 Digital Doctor Appointments through Irish Life.
