About the Company

Specialist Subcontractor from Ireland with a long-established foothold in the European Data Centre and Pharmaceutical Market.

My client has increased their turnover year on year with repeat business across Mainland Europe for high profile Clients.

The successful candidate will work with an established Team based in Europe to deliver projects.

The ideal candidate will have experience; managing the installation of facades packages valued over €1M and working on data centre or pharmaceutical projects.

The Role

Coordinate and monitor and review construction drawings, specifications and work requirements with regards to the external envelope.

Report to and support the Contracts Director to ensure smooth completion.

Direct and Manage personnel, site staff and subcontractors and manage and coordinate weekly progress meetings, workshops and plan actions.

Regularly update the contracts director on the progress of the external package to ensure the programme is adhered to.

Manage the procurement of materials and ensure budgets are adhered to.

Monitor construction to ensure quality of work and coordinate and liaise with Contracts Manager, Site Engineers and Service Coordinators to ensure all personnel have accurate and timely information.

Requirements

Degree in Construction Management or similar (Third level qualification) is essential.

A minimum of 5 years' experience in the Facades Sector.

Proven record of managing and delivering bespoke facades packages on high rise developments.

Ability to effectively manage site programme and associated schedules to required deadlines.

Experience with Brickwork, Roofing, Rainscreens, Curtain Walling, Facades.

Thorough knowledge of computer and database applications such as Microsoft Office and Project / PowerPoint with Excellent IT skills and good digital and visual presentational skills.
