Geriatric medicine consultant

Geriatric Medicine Consultant I am currently partnering with a Model 3 Hospital to appoint a Consultant Physician in Geriatric Medicine (Geriatrician ) to their existing team.

Summary : Work as part of a wider team, including Consultant colleagues, to grow and to strengthen the Geriatric Service in the Medical Department of the Hospital.

Contribute to General Internal Medicine (GIM) services, whilst specialising in Geriatrics Provide an acute general medicine / geriatric medicine inpatient service.

Provide specialist geriatric outpatient clinics.

Develop and improve care pathways for Geriatrics.

Requirements : Relevant Specialist IMC or GMC registration or in the process of registering with IMC.

Relevant qualifications.

5 - 10 years' relevant experience post-graduation.

Excellent English and communication skills.

Permission to live and work in Ireland as the urgency of these role will prevent the processing of Work Permits / Visas.
