Plumber

We have an immediate opportunity available for an experienced Plumber to join our public sector client who is based in Coleraine. This is a temporary post for a minimum of 3 months, with a salary of £13.91 per hour. Working hours will be 8 : 30am 4 : 30pm Monday to Friday. The post holder will be working with the Housing Executive travelling to properties and carrying out any essential plumbing work that is needed. Duties : Inspect, repair, and replace any plumbing systems in NIHE properties and leave properties in a safe and tidy condition. Collaborate with other staff or contractors on sites as necessary. Support and mentor apprentices as required. Other Ad hoc duties. Essential Criteria : Successfully completed a plumbing apprenticeship. Minimum 1 years relevant experience in a plumbing environment. Understanding of Health and Safety requirements Desirable Criteria : 3 years relevant experience working in a plumbing environment. Full driving licence that includes C1 Category.
