• Oversee operations as the Nurse in Charge, ensuring optimal staffing levels and maintaining high care quality standards.

Relevant certification in areas such as medication management, safeguarding, CPR, manual handling, infection control, etc. (or willingness to train). Demonstrated leadership abilities and a love for coaching others. Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and days.
