We are hiring Assistant Director of Nursing - Bed Management for a leading Nursing Home in Dublin, Ireland.
Responsibilities
- To build a relationship with important stakeholders.
- To guarantee that the admissions, discharge, and referral processes are followed consistently.
- To do a comprehensive clinical evaluation of every patient referral, either in person or over the phone, if necessary.
- To assign the patient to the best available ward or bed in order to guarantee a safe level of nursing care.
- To keep an eye on bed occupancy and provide senior management with daily updates.
