Supply Chain Specialist - West Cork We are seeking a skilled and motivated Supply Chain Specialist to join our clients team. In this role, you will take ownership of managing and improving supply chain processes from sourcing materials through to final product delivery. You'll collaborate with procurement, manufacturing, logistics, and sales teams to ensure operations run smoothly, efficiently, and cost-effectively. About the Role As a Supply Chain Specialist, you will : Manage and optimise the end-to-end supply chain process. Collaborate across departments to ensure stakeholders are aligned. Develop and implement supply chain strategies that support business objectives and reduce costs. Coordinate with suppliers and manufacturers to ensure timely and efficient delivery of materials and products. Monitor and manage inventory levels to balance supply and demand. Conduct data analysis and track performance metrics to drive improvements. Implement and manage systems and tools to streamline processes. Communicate performance updates and initiatives to senior management. Contribute to continuous improvement projects and cross-functional initiatives. What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field. 3+ years of experience in supply chain management or a related role. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail. Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively across multiple teams and with external partners.
