About the Role

Oxfam Ireland is seeking an engaging and enthusiastic individual to join our growing telemarketing team.

This role involves inspiring and engaging supporters and the public regarding the vital work Oxfam Ireland is undertaking.

Ideal Candidate Attributes

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with very strong spoken English.

Passionate, determined, and committed to Oxfam's mission.

Interest in international development, NGOs, or the charity sector.

Fundraising experience is advantageous but not essential, as full training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

Contact previous regular donors to encourage continued support.

Engage supporters of campaigns to promote monthly donations.

Upgrade active donors to increase their monthly contributions.

Make thank-you calls to loyal donors to express appreciation.

Work Schedule and Compensation

Hours : 35 hours per week (Monday to Friday, 11am - 7pm)

Hourly Rate : €14.80
