The Role As a 2nd Line Support Engineer, you'll provide desktop and application support across a busy site environment. Key Responsibilities Desktop and application support (Windows 10 / 11). Troubleshooting hardware, printers, mobiles / tablets, and basic networking. ERP support - SAP or other ERP experience an advantage. Supporting and contributing to wider IT projects. Ensuring high standards of attention to detail in a regulated environment. What They're Looking For 1-2 years' experience in a 1st / 2nd line hybrid or 2nd line support role. Strong Windows desktop / application support skills. Professional, approachable, and detail-focused attitude. ERP / SAP knowledge, manufacturing sector experience, or Intune exposure - desirable but not essential.
