We are looking for Relief Catering Supervisors to cover various posts with our clients in the Contract Catering sector. Shifts would be Monday to Friday 7am-3pm. Duties : Supervise and coordinate all catering staff and activities. Ensure food and beverage services are delivered to a high standard and meet client specifications. Assist in planning and executing catering setups, including layout, décor, and equipment. Monitor food presentation and portion control for consistency and quality. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized working environment in compliance with health and safety regulations. Train, schedule, and support catering team members to maintain high service standards. Manage inventory and supplies, ensuring timely replenishment for events. Work closely with the kitchen and operations teams to coordinate food preparation and delivery schedules. Handle customer inquiries or complaints professionally and resolve issues promptly. Requirements; Proven experience in catering, food service, or hospitality supervision. Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards (e.g., ServSafe certification is advantageous). Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple events simultaneously.
