Job description

The leadership role is within the Financial Reporting and Regulatory Reporting team that operates within the global Fund Services team at Citi.

The role within the team is multi-faceted and requires a dynamic individual to join the team, with a focus on service delivery, as well as strategic projects.

Responsibilities : Ensuring timely and accurate deliverables to clients for Financial, Client and Regulatory reporting deliverablesClient Relationship Management.

Client Reporting through the Confluence NXT reporting platformManaging, leading, coaching and developing a team of direct reportsSupporting the VP in driving the strategic culture of governance within teamWorking with colleagues in Dublin, Warsaw and Luxembourg as well as technology vendors in the roll out of a new reporting application in support of the upcoming regulatory changesKeeping the VP of the group apprised of potential or emerging client issues and complaintsStakeholder relationship management, internally and externally, including external auditors and the CBOIOnboarding clients onto the Confluence Unity Platform for production of Financial StatementsQualifications : Extensive experience in a reporting department within a Fund Administrator or the audit division of a big four firmExperience in accounting, finance, or business-related area Experience in fund administration, change management, and / or project managementDemonstrated Subject Matter Expert (SME) knowledge in related area.

Holding or Pursuing a ACCA / CPA / ACA qualificationKnowledge of the Confluence Unity and NXT reporting platforms beneficial but not essential Strong technical expertise on accounting for financial instruments and strong analytical skills with the ability to identify and resolve issuesStrong communications with practical experience in dealing directly with clients and presenting at board and client meetingsExcellent organizational skills with a proven ability to manage a workloadKeep up to date on accounting standards and regulatory change and ensure a consistent approach is applied by the team to any new changesMaintain a high level of integrity, a commitment to service excellence and ability to take ownership of tasks.
