Sr Site Manager (Large Structure, Groundworks And Rc Exp) Dublin

We are looking to recruit a

Senior Site Manager

for a large-scale mixed development in Dublin.

The program is 3+ years and involves a brownfield site with high-density, high-rise residential, commercial, and civic components.

The groundworks and civils element will take 12 months.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience working with a Main Contractor or Developer on projects valued at €50M+ and ideally 6+ storeys, with extensive experience in groundworks, structure, and concrete.

Reporting to the Construction Manager, you will be responsible for site management and driving the job forward.
