Deli Supervisor

About the Role : We are looking for a passionate and experienced Deli Supervisor to join our team.

This is a hands-on role where youll not only oversee the day-to-day operations of the deli but also take the lead in preparing fresh, delicious meals for our customers.

Key Responsibilities : Supervise and support the deli team to ensure high standards of food quality, hygiene, and customer service Prepare and cook fresh meals daily, using seasonal and locally sourced ingredients where possible Manage stock levels, place orders, and minimize waste Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and internal policies Assist in menu planning and introduce new meal ideas to keep offerings fresh and exciting Provide training and motivation to deli staff What Were Looking For : A genuine passion for cooking and high-quality food Previous experience in a deli, kitchen, or food preparation environment (supervisory experience a plus) Strong leadership and communication skills Good organizational skills and attention to detail A proactive and positive attitude What We Offer : A permanent 39-hour contract A supportive and friendly working environment Opportunities for development and training Staff discounts and other benefits
