key responsibilities

The ideal candidate should have sales experience, be target-driven and results orientated with experience in customer service. The tasks of the successful candidate will include, but would not be limited to :

  • Engaging with and understanding prospective clients, identifying the scope of requirements with a client centric approach through to confirming business
  • Generating sales throughout client accounts, managing the full sale cycle, nurturing ongoing account management, developing and maintaining long-term relationships with accounts
  • Business Acumen / Commercial awareness - understanding what makes the organisation successful and using that knowledge to grow the business
  • Maintaining consistently high levels of output, reporting on client engagement through the company CRM system – meeting and exceeding KPI’s daily
  • Attention to detail – Ensuring the service is compliant with regards to health and safety, local employment legislation and staff qualifications
  • Following company processes diligently, regularly auditing the position of the organisation within the industry and ensuring that any unusual factors pertaining to service and / or site staff are disclosed to clients in writing
  • Ensuring client needs and requirements are met in a timely manner
  • Communicate client needs through the CRM system outlining the criteria to exceed client expectations
  • Accurately forecast and track client account metrics, including prospective business pipelines and current business
  • Managing profit margins and pricing in line with company guidelines
  • Adopt responsibility and are passionate about joining forces with various team members
  • Manage entire process within the client relationship, working to carry out client goals while meeting company goals
  • Research and identify opportunities to grow business with new and existing clients
  • Collaborate with other team members to reach prospective clients and generate revenue
  • Service multiple clients concurrently, taking into consideration tight deadlines

skills required

  • Ideally 2 years B2B sales experience
  • Understanding of local employment legislation
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • Confident and honest team player
  • A team player who is customer focused with accute attention to detail
  • A can-do attitude who can solve problems and will always look for solutions
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM systems
  • Self-motivated, proactive and flexible
