Duty Manager 4 Star Hotel - Wicklow Full-Time | €32,000€35,000 DOE | Accommodation Available We are seeking a motivated and experienced Duty Manager to join a prestigious 4-star hotel in Wicklow.

This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on hospitality professional with strong operational expertise and a passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences.

As Duty Manager, you will support the smooth daily operations of busy hotels, overseeing departments including food & beverage, weddings, conferencing, and front office.

Your leadership will ensure all guest and operational needs are met with professionalism and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities : Lead daily hotel operations, coordinating across multiple departments to maintain seamless service Act as the main point of contact for guest queries and operational issues during your shift Manage event logistics including fire walks, AV setups, and cash handling procedures Supervise staff during peak service periods and delegate tasks effectively to ensure operational flow Monitor team performance and uphold high brand standards to deliver exceptional guest satisfaction Candidate Requirements : Previous experience as a Duty Manager in a 4-star or 5-star hotel or high-volume property Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Proficient with Hotsoft or similar hotel management systems Calm, proactive, and guest-focused approach to service delivery Flexibility to work across shifts, including evenings, weekends, and busy event periods What We Offer : Competitive salary of €32,000€35,000 DOE Accommodation options available at select properties Career development opportunities within a well-respected hospitality group Supportive and professional working environment with staff benefits If you are a skilled Duty Manager looking to advance your career in a luxury 4
