Audit Senior

Role Purpose - Audit Senior Manage a client portfolio, deliver high-quality financial reporting and tax compliance services, oversee audit engagements, and provide technical / commercial advice.

Support growth by mentoring and supervising junior team members.

Key Responsibilities Manage a portfolio of clients across varied industries.

Prepare and review financial statements (sole traders, partnerships, limited companies).

Prepare and review corporation and income tax returns.

Lead audits from planning to completion in line with auditing standards.

Meet clients to present accounts, discuss results, and provide proactive advice.

Assist clients with regulatory and compliance requirements.

Review and supervise work of junior and part-qualified staff, providing feedback and training.

Liaise with senior management on complex technical issues.

Deliver assignments on time, within budget, and to a high standard.

Skills & Qualifications ACA, ACCA, CPA (or equivalent) qualified or finalist.

3-5 years' practice experience.

Strong knowledge of accounting, auditing, and tax compliance.

Confident communicator with excellent client-facing skills.

Experience mentoring and supervising staff.

Strong organisational skills with ability to manage multiple assignments.

Commercially aware with ability to provide advisory input.
