Ace & Tate is hiring a Store Manager (full-time) for our new Cork store.
The doors open in November, and you can be there from day one.
What Our Store Managers Do
Lead with energy and purpose – Drive sales, motivate your team, and create a positive in-store atmosphere.
Recruit, onboard, and train – Build a skilled, confident team with strong optical knowledge and great customer care.
Drive performance – Track KPIs and support the team in reaching sales and satisfaction goals, working closely with HQ as one unified team.
Manage daily operations – Handle scheduling, inventory, and ensure efficient workflows.
Deliver standout service – Guide customers through every step of the eye test journey with care and expertise.
Apply your optical skills – Help customers choose the right frames and lenses, and carry out precise adjustments and lens cutting.
