Exciting Opportunity : Breakfast Chef at The Hardiman Hotel!

Join the team at The Hardiman, Galway's iconic hotel since 1852! We're looking for a skilled Breakfast Chef to create exceptional dishes and be part of our historic kitchen team.

What You'll Do :

Prepare and present high-quality breakfast dishes.
Follow recipes, minimize waste, and maintain food safety standards.
Ensure kitchen cleanliness and safety while working efficiently.
Train and mentor junior team members.

What We're Looking For :

Experience as a Breakfast Chef or similar role in a hotel / restaurant.

Strong organizational skills and ability to thrive under pressure.

Knowledge of kitchen health and safety regulations.
