We are seeking a Project Manager in the Dublin region to work on a number of high-profile projects across all sectors.

This role offers the opportunity to develop your career with a BIM enabled contractor.

Responsibilities

Managing a project from setup to handover and evaluation

Establish performance and delivery criteria ensuring that client requirements are met

Ensure compliance with project specification

Execute the project via the Stewart Group Quality and Project Management system via Stewart procedures and processes

Maintain project information (project controls) within a structured filing system providing easily retrievable project data and historical records of key decisions made

Track and report at weekly client update meetings

Planning of resources including labour, materials and sub-contractors

Manage and drive a large team to meet project requirements and deadlines

Liaise with Site Safety Officer to ensure safety standards are maintained to a high level on site

Liaise with the client on KPI development and implementation

Qualifications

Degree qualified in Engineering (further study a distinct advantage)

5+ years proven experience in Project Management, preferably with a Main Contractor

Experience of project planning software ASTA or MS Project

Ability to lead large projects with emphasis on delivery, timescales, cost and budget

Experience leading diverse teams and taking direction

Excellent communication; experience working on high quality medium-large scale public and private contracts in sectors such as Pharma, Industrial, Commercial, Education, Health, Data Centers

Experience delivering a large hotel project is a distinct advantage

Excellent ability to analyse and interpret contractual documents

Strong analytical and organizational skills with superior oral and written communication, interpersonal and negotiation abilities

Flexibility and adaptability to changing work environments

Ability to communicate technical topics to stakeholders, management, and project teams to influence decisions

Impeccable attention to detail
