Red Chair is seeking a Business Development Executive to join a leading marine retail company based in County Kerry and covering the Munster area.

Full-Time | Permanent | Competitive Salary + Commission This one-stop shop is a market leader in marine sales, supplying everything from nuts and bolts to life jackets, from day pleasure crafts to sailboats and commercial fishing vessels, they sell it all.

Were looking for a results-driven Business DevelopmentExecutive to grow our customer base across Munster.

What Youll Be Doing Building strong relationships with marinas, boat owners, and marine businesses.

Selling an extensive range of marine products and equipment.

Spotting new opportunities and driving revenue growth.

Representing the business at events, trade shows, and marina visits.

What Were Looking For 3+ years of sales experience (marine industry knowledge is a big plus).

Full, clean driving licence (towing licence desirable).

Confident communicator with excellent negotiation skills.

Self-motivated, proactive, and ideally with a genuine love of the sea or boating.
