Are you a skilled technician with a passion for automating systems and ensuring security? Our client is looking for a friendly and dedicated Automatic Gate Engineer to join our dynamic team! In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of automatic gate systems in both residential and commercial settings. You’ll be responsible for installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of gate automation systems, all while providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of electrical systems, mechanical components, and a knack for problem-solving. We value teamwork and a strong work ethic, as well as a positive attitude. As an Automatic Gate Engineer, you will interact with customers, guiding them through the process from initial consultation to aftercare, ensuring their needs are met and they feel secure with their installations.

Responsibilities

• Install automatic gate systems and accessories according to specifications and safety standards.
• Conduct routine maintenance checks on existing automatic gate installations.
• Diagnose and repair issues with automatic gates and associated equipment.
• Provide excellent customer service and support to clients during installations and repairs.
• Stay updated on new technologies and best practices in gate automation.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely project completion.
• Document all work performed and maintain accurate records of services rendered.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an automatic gate technician or similar role.
• Strong understanding of electrical and mechanical systems.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to travel to various job sites as needed.
