About the Role

As Assistant Manager, you will partner with the Store Manager to drive sales, KPIs, and team development.

Lead, inspire, and develop your team in a passionate outdoor environment.

Ensure a great store appearance and high customer service standards, sharing your passion and expertise.

You are a Brand Ambassador!

About You

We seek passionate, driven individuals with retail management experience, excellent organizational skills, a commercial mindset, and visual merchandising flair.

Clothing experience is a plus but not essential.

Enthusiasm and a hands-on attitude are key!
