Job description

This Global Engineering Consultancy Organisation Dublin 4 are currently recruiting for a experienced Payroll Specialist to join their team.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Processing all aspects of monthly payroll.
  • Managing payroll aspects of starters and leavers.
  • Administering the pension scheme, including remitting monthly payments and reconciling contributions.
  • Handling health insurance payments and related administration.
  • Filing payroll-related paperwork and documentation.
  • Addressing staff payroll queries effectively.
  • Collaborating closely with HR teams to ensure smooth payroll operations.

Key Skills and Requirements :

  • Minimum 5 years in the payroll function.
  • An IPASS qualification is desirable.
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Familiarity with PAYE Modernisation and ROS.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Strong numerical skills with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Good understanding of the Irish PAYE and Social Welfare systems.
