Clinical Lead - Leinster Area

We want a Clinical Lead to Join Our Care Teams in the Leinster Area.

This is a full time position working across our homes and will involve travel to support our homes on site as deemed necessary. This position covers Monday to Sunday and a 39 hour week.

Requirements

Currently registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland (NMBI).

Minimum 2 years relevant experience including experience as an ADON in a nursing home.

Post registration qualification in gerontology and / or dementia care is highly desirable.

Demonstratable clinical and professional ability, leadership, communication and organisational skills.

A strong understanding of clinical governance and regulatory compliance is necessary.

Must be eligible to work in Ireland.

Full clean Irish driving license and own transport essential.

What to Expect

The Clinical Lead will work as part of the central Head Office Clinical and Care Team supporting our homes in overseeing, monitoring and improving clinical governance and care standards. The role ensures that care is delivered safely, effectively and in compliance with HIQA regulations and Curam Care Homes policies, procedures and processes.
