Join Our Team as a HR Compliance Manager!

Are you ready to lead from the front and make a tangible impact Comfort Keepers? We're looking for an experienced and motivated HR Compliance Manager to ensure the organisation meets all internal and external HR-related compliance standards across its care services.

What You'll Be Doing

As a HR Compliance Manager, you will manage and oversee adherence to Irish employment law, HSE / HIQA regulatory requirements, and internal HR governance, with a focus on updating policy, management and preparation of data for both internal and external audits, reviewing personnel file integrity, vetting cycles, and training compliance.

Your key responsibilities include :

• HR Policy Governance :   Maintain and regularly update all HR policies and procedures in collaboration with the Head of HR
• Internal Audits & Risk Management :   Conduct routine and ad hoc internal HR audits on our legal and company compliance to include management and preparation of data for same in line with company, HIQA, HSE and ISO standards
• External Audit & Inspection Readiness :   Lead management and preparation for external inspections and audits (e.g., HIQA, HSE, ISO, etc.)
• Employment Eligibility & Vetting :   In conjunction with the HR team, assist in the undertaking of the right-to-work process including initial verification and periodic re-checks, Garda Vettings etc
• Training Compliance & Record Management :   Hands on management of compliance tracking system in relation to mandatory training completion and documentation, undertaking analysis and report writing etc. in conjunction with HR team
• Regulatory & Legislative Monitoring :   Stay updated on changes in relevant legislation, sectoral guidance (e.g., HIQA, HSA, HSE). Prepare draft policies in relation to changes for onward communication.
• This role requires regular travel to office locations, and Fuel card will be provided to support your work.
