Job Title : Underwriting Policy Specialist Location : South Dublin Working Model : 2 days in the office Abrivia are currently recruiting for an Underwriting Policy Specialist to join our client, an international motor insurance provider based in South Dublin. This is a key role within the Underwriting team, focused on drafting, reviewing and managing policy wordings and contractual agreements. You will work closely with underwriting, legal, and reinsurance teams to ensure policy documentation is aligned with regulatory requirements and market standards across multiple jurisdictions. Your Role Draft policy terms and conditions for new insurance programmes Review and update existing wordings in consultation with regional underwriters Support implementation of reinsurance contracts and renewals Liaise with legal on mediation and reinsurance agreements Draft and amend customer-facing policy summaries and policy schedules to ensure regulatory compliance Review and implement contractual agreements with leasing entities and intermediaries Support the wider underwriting team on documentation-related initiatives Your Skills Minimum 3 years' experience in motor insurance underwriting (insurance or reinsurance) Proven track record drafting or reviewing policy wordings Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks CIP qualification (or equivalent insurance qualification) Excellent attention to detail and document control Organised, self-motivated and comfortable working across multiple jurisdictions Team player with strong communication skills Experience in cross-border or fleet insurance is desirable Should this position be of interest to you please call Tadhg at .
