Main responsibility Manage the E&I contractor to ensure they achieve the required E&I systems completions (support the walkdown, punch listing and system completion process) Responsibilities Ensure that the project is constructed in accordance with the latest approved, Issued for Construction (IFC) design information Conduct daily walk through of the site with the contractors to assess site safety and housekeeping Manage, supervise, and coordinate the construction works Ensure that the individual system mechanical completion milestones are delivered Avoid wasted effort by ensuring all available resources are put to the most effective and efficient use Ensure subcontractors work to the latest revision of IFC deliverables With the Turnover Manager, ensure the system mechanical completions are delivered to plan in terms of physical plant and supporting documentation Ensure an effective close-out of the construction phase of the project with timely completion Why Join Arcadis?
