Business Systems Analyst - (Cloud and CPQ) Location : Galway (Hybrid, 2-3 days onsite) Type : Permanent Salary : €75,000 - €85,000 base + benefits (market estimate for Salesforce-focused BAs in Saa S) Opportunity Join a global Saa S leader in governance, risk, and compliance, with offices across North America, Europe, and Asia-Pacific.

This is a hands-on role supporting Salesforce initiatives, working with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and optimise enterprise-wide solutions that drive efficiency and business impact.

Responsibilities Partner with stakeholders and CRM leads to define and deliver Salesforce solutions.

Analyse, design, and document business processes, use cases, and data flows.

Develop and configure automations (Flows, Process Builder, Lightning App Builder).

Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, supporting business users.

Ensure robust testing and compliance with development standards.

Manage integrations with third-party applications and enterprise systems.

Drive process improvements, reducing redundancy and enhancing user experience.

Requirements 5+ years' Salesforce experience (Apex, Triggers, Visualforce).

Strong expertise in at least two modules : Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Community Cloud, Bachelor's or Master's in IT, Computer Science, or related field.

Preferred certifications : Salesforce Admin, Sales Cloud and / or Service Cloud Consultant.

Proven delivery of complex, enterprise-wide Salesforce projects.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
