We are currently recruiting for a part time Catering Assistants in  O'Growney National School, Athboy, Co. Meath

Our employees are welcomed as part of the school community. Our employees are off at the break periods : midterms, Christmas, Easter and summer (unpaid). This may appeal to people with school going children. We do not offer set working days, flexibility in working days is essential. This position may not be suitable to people in part time education. The position is subject to Garda Vetting.

• The position of  part time Catering assistant  is approx 10-18 hours on a 2 day / 3 day rotation operating around the primary school calendar. Shift time approx 8.00am / 8.30am - 2.30 / 3pm. All shift times are subject to the needs of the business.

These roles involves the preparation hot lunches made fresh onsite every day, delivery of these to the classroom, and clean down.

Additional Supervisory duties :  Rostering, placing orders with food service providers, and reporting are also a part of the role.

Strong time management, people management and organisational skills are a must as operating to strict break times.

Previous catering and Supervisory experience and knowledge of HACCP an advantage but not essential.
