BCAR Coordinator Location : Dublin Salary : €40,000 €55,000 per year Overview : Talent Curve Recruitment is currently seeking a BCAR Coordinator to join a dynamic construction team in Dublin. This role involves ensuring all projects comply with the Building Control (Amendment) Regulations 2014, managing documentation, and coordinating with site teams and local authorities. Key Responsibilities : Ensure construction projects comply with BCAR regulations. Prepare, review, and submit Statutory Certificates and supporting documentation. Maintain accurate project records, filing, and document control for audits and inspections. Liaise with project managers, architects, engineers, and local authorities regarding compliance. Conduct quality checks to ensure construction meets regulatory standards. Track deadlines and manage submissions to ensure timely compliance. Support site teams with BCAR-related processes and queries. Requirements : Previous experience as a BCAR Coordinator or in a compliance / documentation role within construction. Strong knowledge of BCAR regulations and Irish building standards. Excellent organizational and administrative skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills for liaising with multiple stakeholders. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently.
