Administrator | 3-Month Contract Location : Dublin 8 (Onsite, MondayFriday, 9 am5 pm) Salary : €32,760 pa pro rata / : €18 per hour Contract : 3-Month Temporary Contract | Full-Time (35 hours per week) Key Responsibilities Deliver efficient front-of-house and general administrative support. Greet visitors, manage phones and inboxes, and coordinate post and deliveries. Maintain accurate records and acknowledgements of incoming donations. Assist with events and campaigns, ensuring smooth logistics and follow-up. Support colleagues with document preparation, filing, and database updates. Uphold a professional and welcoming presence representing the organisation. Essential Requirements Minimum 1 years experience in administration, office support, or customer service. Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail. Strong written and verbal communication with a professional, approachable manner. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); database experience an advantage. Ability to prioritise, multitask, and work independently or as part of a close-knit team.
