Job Description : General Operative - St Margarets Site We are seeking reliable and hardworking Production Operatives to join our team at the St Margarets site. Fulltime Temporary role offering structured career progression and a supportive working environment. Rate of Pay : €13.50 per hour Location : St Margarets, Co. Dublin Shifts are as follows, Full flexibility essential. Mornings 6am-2pm. Days 2pm-10pm. nights 10pm -6am. Apply correct manual handling techniques at all times. Package products accurately to protect quality, reduce damage, and minimise waste. Operate production and packing processes efficiently, meeting agreed standards. Monitor product quality, reporting any issues to the Team Leader promptly. Attach correct box-end labels to finished goods crates and boxes as required. Ensure all finished product packs are correctly closed, sealed, and labelled. Candidate Requirements : Must be fully permitted to work in Ireland & speak English. Previous experience as a Production Operative is advantageous but not essential, as full training will be provided. Attendance at an induction session will be mandatory. Medical evaluation mandatory. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Good problem-solving abilities. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Full flexibility to work across a 24 / 7 shift pattern, across weekends and bank holidays as required. Reliable transport is preferred due to the site location; a company bus service is available at limited times. What We Offer : Full training and development opportunities.
