We are hiring for our client, a well-respected specialist law firm in Dublin, who are seeking to recruit a Commercial Property Solicitor to join their growing real estate team. This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor with a minimum of one year's post-qualification experience to work on a broad range of commercial property matters, with strong mentorship and genuine scope for career progression.

The Role :

Advise clients on a wide range of commercial property matters, including acquisitions, disposals, leasing, and development projects

Draft and negotiate commercial leases, sale contracts, and related legal documentation

Conduct property due diligence and manage transactions from instruction to completion

Engage directly with clients, delivering high-quality advice and building lasting relationships

Work closely with senior solicitors and partners on complex matters, with opportunities to take ownership of files

The Person :

Qualified Solicitor in Ireland with 1+ years' PQE in commercial property

Experience working on commercial real estate transactions in a law firm setting

Strong drafting skills and attention to detail

Confident communicator with a client-focused approach

Proactive and team-oriented, with a desire to develop your expertise further
