Job description

Food & Beverage Assistant : 4 Shifts Per Week(Mornings- Afternoons)

We are seeking enthusiastic, hardworking individuals to join our team at The House Hotel.

The Role

  • Delivery of amazing service and consistently high standards at all time.
  • Regular guests are known and greeted accordingly using their name.
  • Ensure a good working knowledge of food, all beverages and wine. Be able to make recommendations.
  • Be friendly, courteous and professional at all times.
  • Up-sell and maximise sales revenue whenever and wherever possible.
  • Assisting in other departments as required.

The Person

  • Previous hotel experience in a 4 / 5-star hotel property is preferred.
  • Previous experience in a food and beverage operation.
  • Fluent English and excellent communication skills.
  • Micros Experience would be preferable.
  • Mid week and weekend availability required.
