Construction Planner - Civil Contractor Co. Kildare Salary : 45K + (DoE) Talent Curve Recruitment is working with a leading top-tier civil engineering contractor delivering high-quality projects across a range of sectors. Their focus is on efficiency, collaboration, and excellence in project delivery, and they are looking for a skilled Construction Planner to join their team. Role Purpose : The Construction Planner will be responsible for developing and maintaining project schedules, coordinating resources, managing risks, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope. This role acts as a central point of planning for the project team, supporting both the tendering phase and ongoing contract delivery. Key Responsibilities : Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and resource plans Coordinate and communicate project timelines, scope, and deliverables to teams and stakeholders Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks Support bid preparation and tendering activities by providing planning input and schedules Maintain accurate project documentation and records Provide guidance and support to colleagues on planning processes and best practices Attend project meetings to present planning insights and updates Qualifications & Experience : Degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline Minimum 5 years experience in construction project planning or project controls Practical knowledge of civil engineering contracting and project delivery processes Experienced in planning tools such as Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project Strong communication and organizational skills Understanding of commercial and contractual interfaces related to planning For more information please contact Aaron Fitzgerald at Talent Curve Recruitment Skills : Planning Construction Civil Engineering Benefits : cycle to work pension healthcare allowance
