At Samsic Facility , we're looking for a client-focused Area Manager to oversee a portfolio of high-profile contracts. In this role, you'll work closely with the Client Services Manager to ensure service standards are met, staff are supported, and client expectations are exceeded.

This is a hands-on position ideal for someone who enjoys building strong relationships, solving problems on the ground, and leading with integrity and precision.

What You'll Do

• Act as the primary point of contact for your client portfolio, ensuring satisfaction and contract retention
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of on-site staff
• Conduct regular site visits and audits to ensure service delivery, compliance, and safety
• Monitor performance, manage documentation, and provide operational support across sites
• Oversee scheduling, stock control, and resource planning
• Collaborate with Site Supervisors to maintain and improve standards across the board
